1. What We Collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address to create your account and deliver your API key. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

When you use TenderB tools inside Claude, we log the number of searches you make per month to enforce plan limits. We do not log the content of your queries or the results returned.

2. How We Use It

To create and manage your account
To send your API key and transactional emails (receipts, usage alerts)
To enforce monthly usage limits on the Free plan
To process subscription payments via Stripe

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

3. Data Sources

TenderB queries publicly available US government APIs (SAM.gov, Grants.gov, SBIR.gov, USASpending.gov, FPDS-NG, Federal Register, Regulations.gov, GovInfo.gov, USAJobs.gov). We act as a read-only aggregator — we do not submit, modify, or delete any government data on your behalf.

4. Data Storage

Account data (email, API key, plan, usage count) is stored on a secured VPS hosted in the EU. We retain it for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Anthropic / Claude.ai — AI assistant platform through which MCP tools are invoked (anthropic.com/privacy)
OpenAI / ChatGPT — AI assistant platform through which GPT Actions are invoked (openai.com/privacy)

6. Your Rights
