When you sign up, we collect your email address to create your account and deliver your API key. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
When you use TenderStack tools inside Claude, we log the number of searches you make per month to enforce plan limits. We do not log the content of your queries or the results returned.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
TenderStack aggregates publicly available procurement data from official government and open-data sources. We act as a read-only aggregator — we do not submit, modify, or delete any government data on your behalf. Sources include:

Account data (email, API key, plan, usage count) is stored on a secured VPS hosted in the EU. We retain it for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
We use cookies and similar storage for anonymous analytics to understand how the site is used. These load only after you accept our cookie banner — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. your sign-in session) are always used. You can change your choice by clearing your browser storage for this site.
