Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026 • TenderB BV

1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using TenderB GovCon Scout ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TenderB GovCon Scout is an AI-powered government contracting assistant available on Claude (via MCP) and ChatGPT (via the TenderB GPT). It provides read-only access to US government procurement databases including SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, Grants.gov, SBIR.gov, FPDS, Federal Register, USAJobs, Regulations.gov, and GovInfo.

3. Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your key or allow others to use your account. You are responsible for all usage under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact support@tenderb.us immediately.

4. Plans and Billing

Free accounts include 1 search to trial the live data tools. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage enforcement; (b) resell or sublicense access to the Service; (c) use the Service to scrape or bulk-harvest government data in violation of those agencies' terms; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying infrastructure of the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. The Service retrieves publicly available government data — we do not store or index the content of query results.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Government databases may be unavailable, incomplete, or delayed. TenderB does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of data retrieved from third-party government sources. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, or procurement advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderB BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam.
